The Transformation of the Czech Social Democracy
Abstract:
Diplomová práce předkládá analýzu transformace české sociální demokracie v letech 1989 až 1996. Téma je zpracováno v komplexním historickém kontextu, který je podstatnou podmínkou pro pochopení aktuálních událostí. Cíl práce představuje vymezení vývoje, který českou sociální demokracii posunul na pozici nejsilnější strany levé části politického spektra.
Abstract:
Purpose of this diploma paper is to analyse the transformation of Czech Social Democracy between 1989 and 1996. The theme is elaborated in a more comprehensive historical context, which is essential for understanding actual affairs. The goal of the work is to define the line leading to position of the strongest party on the left of the political spectrum.
