Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zákonnou dědickou posloupností v historickém vývoji jako jedním z dědických titulů. V práci jsou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy a poté je popsán vývoj zákonné dědické posloupnosti od římského práva přes středověk, obecný občanský zákoník, meziválečné osnovy, občanské zákoníky z let 1950 a 1964 až po současnost. This diploma thesis deals with intestate succession in historical development as one of the inheritance titles. The thesis first introduces the basic concepts and then describes the development of intestate succession from Roman law through medieval times, Austrian General Civil Code, interwar drafts, civil codes from 1950 and 1964 up to the present.
