Zobecněné aditivní modely v jazyce R
Generalized additive models in R language
Abstract:
In the first part of this thesis we discuss the theoretical knowledge of generalized additive models, especially various ways of their estimation by using smoothing splines. This theory is used in the next part to estimate the specific models, their comparison and subsequent detection of their suitability. For the individual calculations we use the mathematical-statistical language R.Abstract:
V prvej časti tejto diplomovej práce sa venujeme priblíženiu teoretických poznatkov zovšeobecnených aditívnych modelov, hlavne rôznym spôsobom ich odhadu pomocou vyhladzovacích splajnov. V ďalšej časti túto teóriu využívame pri~odhadovaní konkrétnych modelov, ich porovnávaní a následnom zisťovaní ich vhodnosti. Na jednotlivé výpočty využívame matematicko-štatistický jazyk R.Keywords
