Nursing Process in Intensive Care of Patient with Coagulopathy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Ošetřovatelský proces v intenzivní péči o pacienta s koagulopatií je zaměřena na péči o pacienta hospitalizovaného na Klinice anesteziologie, resuscitace a intenzivní medicíny. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu v péči o pacienta s koagulopatií vzniklou z důvodu primární diagnózy germinální tumor varlete, vycházejícího z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA International Taxonomie II. Práce je tvořena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. V první kapitole je popsána fyziologie a patofyziologie hemostázy, vrozené a získané koagulopatie, jejich klinické projevy, diagnostika a léčba. Druhá část obsahuje základní popis ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s poruchou koagulace v intenzivní péči. V praktické části je popsán ošetřovatelský proces u konkrétního pacienta s tumorem varlat a sekundárně vzniklou koagulopatií. Jsou zde stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy a zpracovány cíle, intervence, realizace a následné zhodnocení vybraných diagnóz.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Nursing process of a patient with coagulopathy in intensive care is focused on a patient hospitalised in the Department of Anaesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care medicine. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a nursing process of a patient with coagulopathy in intensive care where the coagulopathy is determined by the diagnosis of germinal testicular tumour on the basis of the nursing diagnosis NANDA International Taxonymy II. The thesis has two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part of the thesis is divided into two chapters. In the first chapter, there will be described the physiology and pathophysiology of haemostasis, congenital and acquired coagulopathy, their clinical manifestations and treatment. In the second chapter there will be discussed the basic nursing care of a patient with coagulopathy in an intensive care. In the practical part of the thesis, there will be described the nursing process of a specific patient with a testicular tumour and secondary coagulopathy. In this part, there are established the nursing diagnosis, goals, interventions and realisations which are later evaluated.
