Návrh a implementace etického kodexu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract:

Problematika etického řízení a s ní související aplikace nástrojů etického řízení je velmi aktuální, a to s ohledem na trvale udržitelné podnikání. Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření etického kodexu na míru společnosti Unuodesign, s. r. o. a návrh jeho následné implementace. Etické kodexy totiž představují jeden ze základních a nejdůležitějších nástrojů etického řízení. V rámci literární rešerše jsou nejprve sumarizovány tuzemské i zahraniční poznatky vztahující se k etice podnikání, etickému řízení a etickým kodexům a jsou taktéž uvedeny s těmito tématy související četné výzkumy. V závěru teoretické části práce jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky, které směřují k naplnění stanoveného cíle. V aplikační části je představena společnost Unuodesign, s. r. o., její historie a podnikatelská činnost. Za účelem zodpovězení výzkumných otázek je provedeno několik analýz. První provedenou dílčí analýzou je komparativní kvalitativní analýza nejčastějších chyb u souboru vybraných etických kodexů. Dále jsou provedeny dílčí analýzy současného stavu etického řízení společnosti Unuodesign, s. r. o., a to na základě dotazníkového šetření, polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a studia recenzí na sociálních sítích. Dílčí analýzy jsou podkladem pro sestavení SWOT analýzy současného stavu etického řízení společnosti. Následně jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky, je vytvořen etický kodex na míru společnosti a rovněž je navržen způsob a harmonogram jeho implementace. V rámci doporučení jsou představena některá další opatření, která podpoří implementaci etického kodexu ve společnosti. Přidanou hodnotou práce je možné využití navrhnutého postupu tvorby etického kodexu pro využití tvorby etického kodexu v jiných společnostech.

Abstract:

The issue of ethical management and the related application of ethical management tools is very topical, taking into account sustainable business. The aim of this thesis is to create a tailor-made code of ethics for Unuodesign, s.r.o. and to design its subsequent implementation. Codes of Ethics are one of the basic and most important tools of ethical management. As part of the literary research, domestic and foreign knowledge related to business ethics, ethical management, and ethical codes is first summarized and numerous researches related to these topics are also mentioned. At the end of the theoretical part of the thesis, research issues are set out to achieve the stated goal. Unuodesign, s.r.o., its history, and business activities are presented in the application part. In order to answer research questions, several analyses are carried out. The first partial analysis performed is a comparative qualitative analysis of the most common mistakes in the set of selected codes of ethics. Furthermore, partial analyses of the current state of ethical management of Unuodesign, s.r.o. are carried out, based on a questionnaire survey, semi-structured intervie , and study of reviews on social networks. Partial analyses are the basis for compiling a SWOT analysis of the current state of ethical management of the company. Subsequently, research questions are answered, a code of ethics tailored to society is created, and a method and timetable for its implementation are also proposed. The recommendation presents some other measures that will support the implementation of the Code of Ethics in company. The added value of the work is the application of the proposed code of ethics procedure for the use of the creation of a code of ethics in other companies.
