Market research for non-packaging shop in the town of Šluknov

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem bezobalových obchodů. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda by mělo vybudování bezobalového obchodu ve městě Šluknov potenciál. Dalším cílem je zjistit, zda by obchod navštěvovali i obyvatelé města Sohland an der Spree. Zároveň také zkoumá motivace a bariéry, které ovlivňují rozhodování potencionálních zákazníků k bezobalovému nakupování. K výzkumu byla použita kvantitativní i kvalitativní metoda sběru dat. Bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které vedlo k zjištění, že by o obchod zájem byl. Také byly zjištěny hlavní motivace a bariéry, které zákazníky v bezobalovém nakupování ovlivňují. K výpočtu byly použity statistické operace, např. test ANOVA.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of packaging-free stores. The goal of the thesis is to find out whether the construction of a packaging-free store in the town of Šluknov would have potential. Another goal is to find out whether the residents of Sohland an der Spree would also visit the store. At the same time, it also examines the motivations and barriers that influence potential customers' decisions to shop without packaging. Quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection were used for the research. A questionnaire survey was conducted, which led to the finding that there would be interest in the business. The main motivations and barriers that influence customers in packaging-free shopping were also identified. Statistical operations, such as the ANOVA test, were used for the calculation.
