The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine a market value of company AUTO STYL a.s., as of 1.1.2021. The diploma thesis consists of a practical part and is divided into five chapters. The opening chapter introduces the company. Subsequently, the work includes financial and strategic analysis, value generators and a financial plan.
