Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat využití technických prostředků v sebeobraně – konkrétně teleskopického obušku a to se zaměřením na jednoduchost a efektivnost použitých technik. The aim of this bachelor´s work is to describe the usage of technical means in self – defence, specifically of telescopic baton. It is especially focused on easiness and effectiveness of used techniques. The theoretical part is focused on the conception of self – defence and connected law on it.
