Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem na zdravotnické záchranné službě. Člení se na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část charakterizuje stres, syndrom vyhoření a možnosti jejich řešení. Definuje zdravotnickou záchrannou službu, její činnost a náplň práce zdravotnických záchranářů a sester. Praktická část je analýzou kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření. …more

Bachelor thesis deals with the stress on the Emergency Medical Services. It´s devides on theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part characterizes stress, burnout syndrome and their solutions. It defines Emergency Medical Services, her working and type of work paramedics and nurses.
