Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami zjišťování bonity žadatele o úvěr. Konkrétně se věnuje finanční analýze společnosti ČNES dopravní stavby, a.s. Cílem práce je posoudit úvěruschopnost společnosti. V teoretické části je představen bankovní systém České republiky, jeho nejstarší riziko – úvěrové, dále úvěrový proces v bance a teoretické poznatky k finanční analýze. The bachelor thesis deals with methods regarding a loan applicant solvency. Specifically it deals with the financial analysis of the company ČNES dopravní stavby, a.s. The aim is to consider the creditworthiness of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts.
