Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbor právní ochrany a podpory zahraničních investic a řešení investičních sporů. V práci nejprve vymezím samotný pojem mezinárodních investic a jejich právní úpravu. Přistoupím k deskripci vývoje ochrany mezinárodních investic a naváži kapitolou o zřizování a likvidaci mezinárodních investic.
