Analysis of Audit Management and Suggestion for its Improvement in SSI Schäfer s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu řízení auditů a jejich zlepšení ve společnosti SSI Schäfer s.r.o. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav řízení auditů, identifikovat nedostatky v oblasti interních a dodavatelských auditů a předložit nápravná opatření k jejich zlepšení. Teoretická část zahrnuje rešerši relevantních publikací z oblasti kvality, managementu kvality, auditů a vybraných analytických metod, jež jsou následně aplikovány v části praktické a na jejichž základě je podrobně analyzován současný stav. Z hlavních zjištění lze konstatovat, že stávající řízení auditů je z administrativního hlediska časově neefektivní a získaná data nejsou dostatečně transparentní, což má za následek absenci náležitého zavádění nápravných opatření na příslušných útvarech. Hlavní přínos této práce spočívá v implementaci softwarové podpory, jež eliminuje klíčové nedostatky, přičemž součástí práce jsou i doplňující opatření pro oblast interních a dodavatelských auditů s ohledem na zlepšení celého procesu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of audit management and its improvement in SSI Schäfer s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of audit management, identify the shortcomings in internal and supplier audits and present corrective measures for their improvement. The theoretical part includes a search of relevant publications in the field of quality, quality management, audits and selected analytical methods, which are then applied in the practical part and on the basis of which the current state of the art is analyzed in detail. The main findings are that the current management of audits is administratively inefficient in terms of time and that the data obtained is not sufficiently transparent, resulting in a lack of proper implementation of corrective measures in the relevant departments. The main contribution of this work lies in the implementation of software support that eliminates the key shortcomings, while the work also includes additional measures for internal and contractor audits with a view to improving the overall process.
