V této bakalářské práci nejprve v první polovině seznamuji čtenáře s odbornou teorií na téma motivace a hodnocení. Jednotlivé pojmy jsou důkladně popsány a roztřízeny, jsou uvedeny různé metody, příklady a postupy. V druhé polovině práce se zabývám již praktickou stránkou této věci.
