Abstract:
Markerové chromosomy jsou malé nadpočetné chromosomy, které nemohou být jednoznačně identifikovány pomocí metod klasické cytogenetiky. Vyznačují se výraznou heterogenitou z hlediska původu, morfologie a klinického významu. Jsou nalézány u jedinců s vrozenými vývojovými vadami a intelektuálním opožděním. Abstract:
Marker chromosomes are small supernumerary chromosomes, that cannot be unambiguously identified by methods of conventional cytogenetics. They are characterized by significant heterogeneity in term of origin, morphology and clinical impact. Their fenotypic correlation is variable and depends on many factors.
