Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Práce asistenta pedagoga na prvním stupni ZŠ s žákem s Aspergerovým syndromem“ se zabývá rolí asistenta pedagoga s chlapcem s postižením autistického spektra, přesněji s Aspergerovým syndromem. Diplomová práce je vytvořena z pohledu asistenta pedagoga, který se podílí na výchově a vzdělávání žáka se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami ve škole v průběhu šesti měsíců. Práce obsahuje celkem čtyři teoretické části, v nichž je popsána profese asistenta pedagoga a inkluzní vzdělávání. Dále je vysvětlen pojem Aspergerův syndrom a také legislativou spjata s výchovou a vzděláváním žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Ve výzkumné části je vytvořena případová studie žáka s Aspergerovým syndromem, která je zpracována na základě šestiměsíčního pozorování v průběhu edukace. Zaměřuje se především na vzdělávací a výchovný přístup asistenta pedagoga k integrovanému žáku. Osobnost žáka je představena z pohledu asistenta pedagoga, rodičů i učitelů hlavních předmětů. Pomocí sociometrického dotazníku byl zjišťován vztah žáka ke kolektivu. V závěrečné části diplomové práce je zhodnocen podíl asistenta pedagoga na výchově a vzdělávání žáka s Aspergerovým syndromem. Přínosem je doporučení, jak s těmito žáky efektivněji pracovat a předcházet potížím, které se mohou při edukaci vyskytovat.

Abstract:

The thesis “Work of a Learning Support Assistant for a Pupil with Asperger Syndrome at the 1st Level of Elementary School” discusses the role of a learning support assistant who provides support to a boy with an autistic spectrum disorder, or more precisely, Asperger syndrome. The thesis is written from the viewpoint of a learning support assistant who participates in the education and training of a pupil with special learning needs in a school during a period of six months. The thesis contains four theoretical parts that describe the profession of learning support assistant and inclusive learning. Furthermore, the term Asperger syndrome is explained and the legislation is presented which regulates the education and training of pupils with special learning needs. The research part presents a case study dealing with a pupil with Asperger syndrome, which was produced on the basis of a six-month observation in the course of the learning process. It concentrates especially on the education- and training-related approach of the learning support assistant to the integrated pupil. The personality of the child is presented from the viewpoint of the learning support assistant, the boy’s parents and teachers of the main subjects. A sociometric questionnaire serves to examine the boy’s relationship to the group. The final part of the thesis provides an evaluation of the learning support assistant’s contribution to the process of education and training of a pupil with Asperger syndrome. The ensuing benefit is a recommendation for a more effective work with similar pupils and prevention of the difficulties that may arise in the learning process.
