Diplomová práce se komplexně věnuje právní úpravě maloplošných zvláště chráněných území v České republice. Po jejich kategorizaci se práce zabývá procesem jejich vyhlášení a evidencí v katastru nemovitostí a Ústředním seznamu ochrany přírody.
