Tématem bakalářské práce je firemního vzdělávání v České republice a ve Španělsku. Cílem práce je porovnat shodné a rozdílné prvky ve firemním vzdělávání. Teoretická část se zabývá definicemi a popisem zkoumaných zemí, vzděláváním, vzděláváním dospělým a firemním vzděláváním.
