Tato bakalářská diplomová práce, "Zločin urážky státu v období římské republiky", se zabývá protistátními zločiny perduellio a crimen maiestatis z dobřímské republiky, jejich podstatou, vztahem a porovnáním.
Abstract:
This bachelor diploma thesis, "Crime of offense against the state in the times of Roman Republic" ,deals with perduellio and crimen maiestatis,the crimes againstthe state from the times of Roman Republic, with their nature,relation and comparison.
