Commercial Secret and its Protection in the Czech and the EU Law
Abstract:
Obsahem diplomové práce je rozbor stávající právní úpravy ochrany obchodního tajemství v českém právní řádu a okrajově v mezinárodní právu, zhodnocení její účinnosti a nastínění možných řešení existujících nedostatků. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, které se věnují jednotlivým odvětvím práva a jejich vztahu k institutu obchodního tajemství a jeho ochraně.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on analysis of current legal regulation of commercial secret protection in the Czech Law and marginally in the International Private Law, assessment of its efficiency and tries to outline possible solutions of existing defects.
