The Internet and Political Control
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá využitím internetu ve dvou rovinách. Skládá se ze dvou hlavních částí. V první (teoretické) části je věnován prostor cenzuře obecně a poté specifičtěji internetové cenzuře. Druhá část se zabývá využitím internetu vládnoucími elitami (v první rovině) a opozicí či aktivisty (ve druhé rovině) v Bělorusku a v ČLR.
Abstract:
This paper is aimed at using the internet in two levels. It has two main parts. First, theoretical part contains the definition of censorship and internet censorship. Second part deals with using the internet by the ruling elites (the first level) and by the opposition or activists (the second level) in Belarus and in PRC.
