Personal career plan

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám soukromým tématem s názvem, Osobní kariérní plán. Teoretickou část věnuji rozboru kariéry. Typy kariéry, vývojové etapy, stupně kariéry, talent management a kariérní poradenství. V kapitole analytické části, rozebírám svou kariéru v minulosti. Pomocí vlastní SWOT analýzy a psychodiagnostiky rozklíčuji nejen své schopnosti a slabiny, ale také se na sebe podívám objektivním pohledem a zjistím, kam se dál ubírat. Stanovím si individuální kariérní plán. Důležité pro mě bude v návrhové části stanovení priorit v mém profesním životě, nastavení plánů do budoucna, ať již krátkodobých, střednědobých či dlouhodobých. A v neposlední řadě zjištění, jak konkrétně mohu implementovat své poznatky do praxe.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis, I deal with a private topic entitled, Personal career plan. The theoretical part is dedicated to my career analysis. Career types, development stages, career stages, talent management and career counseling. In the analytical part of the chapter, I examine my career in the past. With the help of my own SWOT analysis and psychodiagnosis, I uncover not only my abilities and weaknesses, but also take an objective look at myself and find out where to go next. I will establish an individual career plan. Setting priorities in my professional life, setting plans for the future, whether short-term, medium-term or long-term, will be important for me in the design part. And last but not least, finding out how I can concretely implement my knowledge into practice.
