Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt implementace strategického programu organizace MARBES CONSULTING s.r.o., která se specializuje na vývoj a implementaci IT systémů. Práce je rozdělena do osmi kapitol. V první kapitole jsou uvedeny informace o společnosti, její historie, certifikace a organizační struktura. Následující kapitola vymezuje strategická východiska a následně stanovuje strategické cíle společnosti. Třetí kapitola se věnuje analýze a popsání podnikatelského prostředí. Ve čtvrté kapitole je provedena dekompozice střednědobých cílů do dílčích krátkodobých cílů, včetně klíčových indikátorů. V následující kapitole je zpracován finanční plán společnosti, který obsahuje výkaz zisků a ztrát, rozvahu a cashflow pro plánované roky 2021 až 2023. Následně byla popsána implementace strategického plánu. Na základě analýzy rizik je vypracována analýza citlivosti a jsou sestavené scénáře. Závěr práce věnuje controllingu a návrhům na zlepšení.

Abstract:

This Master's thesis is focused on the project of implementation of the strategic program of the organization MARBES CONSULTING s.r.o., which specializes in the development and implementation of IT systems. This thesis is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter provides information about the company, its history, certifications and organizational structure. The following chapter defines business mission and vision statements and then sets the strategic goals of the company. The third chapter deals with the analysis and description of the business environment. In the fourth chapter, there is the decomposition of long-term goals into partial short-term goals, including key performance indicators. In the following chapter is created the company's financial plan for the planned years 2021 to 2023. Then, the implementation of the strategic plan was described. Based on the risk analysis, a sensitivity analysis is prepared and scenarios are compiled. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to controlling and includes suggestions for improvement.
