Architectural-building project of housing a terrace House

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsem vypracovával architektonicko-stavební řešení projektu bytového terasového domu pro stavební povolení. Návrh jsem chtěl přizpůsobit tak, aby měli obyvatelé při bydlení příjemné a uvolněné prostředí domova a byla určena pro trvalé bydlení rodin. Tato budova je umístěna na okraji města Tábor z důvodu příjemné okolní krajiny, která je důležitou součástí pro tento typ bytového domu. Vznikla nepodsklepená, čtyřpodlažní budova o šesti bytových jednotkách s vlastními terasami, které umožňují výhled do krajiny a venkovní pobyt ve známém prostředí. Dispozice bytů je v každém nadzemním patře jiná a terasy jsou orientovány ke třem světovým stranám, ale je snaha o to, aby se vždy svojí otevřenou částí orientovaly k jihu. Konstrukce je tvořena dobře dostupnými a kvalitními prvky na českém trhu, které vytváří a splňují požadavky, které jsou v současnosti na stavby kladeny.

Abstract:

In this thesis, I drew up the architectural and constructional project of the terraced apartment building for building permits. I wanted to customize the project so that the people living in could have pleasant and relaxed home environment and simultaneously it could be used as a pernament residency for families. This building is located on the outskirts of Tábor because of a pleasant surrounding landscape, which is an important part of this type of apartment building. There was established a four-storey basement building with six residential units with private terraces that allow views of the countryside and outdoor stay in a familiar environment. The layout of flats in each storey is different and terraces are oriented to the three cardinal points, but the pursuit is to always orient their open parts to the south. The construction is made up of good quality and available components from the Czech market, which create and meet the requirements that are currently required for the buildings.
