Tato práce je zaměřena na téma efektivnost investice a její zhodnocení. Poukazuje na důležitost pečlivé analýzy a správnou aplikaci hodnotících metod. This thesis is focused on the efficiency of investments and its evaluation. It highlights the importance of careful analysis and proper application of evaluation methods.
