Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přestupky na úseku občanského soužití. Klade si za cíl klasifikovat konkrétní skutkové podstaty přestupků a komparovat je s vybranými skutkovými podstatami trestných činů. Vymezuje, na základě zákona, ukládání ochranných opatření a správních trestů. This bachelor thesis deals with the offenses on the field of civil coexistence. The main aim is to classify concrete facts of the case of offenses and compare them with chosen cases of committed crime.
