Comparative phylogeography of rodents in Zambezian savannah
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá srovnávací fylogeografií hlodavců zambezijské savany. Na šesti vybraných druzích zkoumá za využití metod fylogenetické analýzy vzorce geografického rozšíření a získané poznatky zasazuje do kontextu Plio-Pleistocénních klimatických změn.
Abstract:
Thesis covers comparative phylogeography of rodents inhabiting zambezian savanna. Using methods of phylogenetic analysis it studies patterns of geographical distribution of six selected taxa. Results are discussed in the context of Plio-Pleistocene climate changes.
