Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou přídatných látek v potravinách. Teoretická část představuje podmínky regulačních orgánů a hodnocení bezpečnosti před uvedením přídatných látek na trh. Thesis deals with the issue of additives in food. Theoretical part presents conditions of regulatory authorities and safety assessment before placing food additives on the market.
