Detekce bisfenolu A jako endokrinního disruptoru živočišných organismů

Detection of Bisphenol A as an Endocrine Disruptor of Animal Organisms
Abstract:
Bisfenol A (BPA) je látka s endokrinně-disruptivním charakterem, která se uvolňuje z plastů a znečišťuje komponenty životního prostředí. Tato práce se zabývá konstrukcí enzymatického biosenzoru pro detekci BPA. Jako enzymatická složka vystupují dva enzymy – tyrozináza a lakáza, izolované z dřevokazných hub Ganoderma pfeifferi a Trametes versicolor a imobilizované metodou zesítěných enzymových agregátů …more
Abstract:
Bisphenol A (BPA) is an endocrine-disruptive substance that is released from plastics and pollutes environmental components. This thesis deals with construction of enzymatic biosensor for BPA detection. The enzymatic part of the biosensor is composed from two enzymes: tyrosinase and laccase, isolated from wood decaying fungi Ganoderma pfeifferi and Trametes versicolor and immobilized by cross-linked …more
