Diversity management in UniCredit Group

Abstract:

V dnešní době management diverzity se stává nedílnou součástí řízení každé úspěšné společnosti. V podstatě na území České republiky je ale jen malé množství společností a firem, které dokážou správně prosazovat zásady a principy managementu diverzity. Cílem této práce je zkoumání aktuálního stavu vývoje diverzity v UniCredit Bank, zohlednění jeho silných a zároveň i slabých stránek, a vytvoření sady doporučení pro rozvoj managementu diverzity, což by mohly uplatnit další společnosti na území ČR. Pro implementaci stanoveného cílu bude provedena literární rešerše (je teoretickou částí) a následně bude provedeno výzkumné šetření, které bude obsahovat metody dotazníkového šetření a hloubkového rozhovoru. Po tomto výzkumném šetření bude následovat analýza a interpretace získaných informací. Na základě výše uvedených teoretické a praktické části je navržena strategie rozvoje managementu diverzity pro ostatní společnosti. Závěrem implementace doporučené strategie je zlepšení a optimalizace působení lidského kapitálu, který má vliv na celkové výsledky společností včetně finančních.

Abstract:

Nowadays diversity management becomes an important part of managing processes every successful company. However, in Czech republic there are only a small number of companies that can correctly enforce the principles of diversity management. The main purpose of this thesis is to examine the current condition of the development of diversity in UniCredit Bank, consideration its strengths and weaknesses, creation of the set of recomendations for the development of the diversity management, what could be applied in other companies in Czech republic. For the implementation of this aim a literary research will be carried out (the theoretical part) and research survey will be conducted. Mentioned research survey consists of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview. The research will be followed by an analysis and interpretation of the information obtained. Based on the above theoretical and practical parts there is proposed diversity management development strategy for other companies. The implementation of the proposed strategy is to improve and optimize the function of human sources, what affects the overall results of the companies, including financial results.
