Abstract:
Práce zkoumá možnosti využití principu participativního rozpočtování, jednoho z nástrojů přímé demokracie, pro posílení legitimity evropské demokracie a politické participace občanů Evropy. Analyzuje legitimitu politického systému, a hledá řešení pro její posílení.
Abstract:
The thesis examines the possibilities of using the principle of participatory budgeting, one of the instruments of direct democracy, to enhance the legitimacy of the European democracy and political participation of citizens in Europe. It analyzes the legitimacy of the political system, and seeks solutions to reinforce it.
