Abstract:
Mzda obecně je nedílnou součástí člověka v pracovním poměru. Je to odměna, kterou zaměstnanec dostane za vykonanou práci v pracovně právním vztahu. V posledních letech se změnil postup výpočtu mzdy. V roce 2008 byla zavedena tzv. superhrubá mzda. Změnou prošly i sazby u daně z příjmů ze závislé činnosti, slevy na dani a sazby pojistného. Abstract:
Salary in general is an integral part of a person in occupation. It is a reward which employees receive for their work in labour-law relationship. In recent years was changed the procedure for calculating salaries. In 2008 was introduced “super salary”. The rate of income tax, tax abatement and insurance rates have been also changed.
