Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem povrchově aktivních biomolekul, které by mohly být zapojeny do solubilizace ve vodě nerozpustných substrátů u extrémofilních mikroorganismů. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the study of surface-active compounds involved in the solubilization of insoluble substrates by extremophilic microorganisms. Those chemolithotrophic bacteria are widely used in bioleaching, and the study of the ways of solubilization of insoluble compounds would lead to an increase in the effectiveness of the process.
