Chemical characteristics of fruits of currant and honeysuckle
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá technologickými a chemickými vlastnostmi plodů rybízu a zimolezu. V teoretické části jsou popsány oba druhy ovoce, jak po stránce chemické tak i anatomické. Cílem práce bylo zjistit za pomocí chemických metod jejich nutriční složení a následně je porovnat s ostatními druhy ovoce.
Abstract:
This work deals with technological and chemical features of fruits of currant and honeysuckle. Both kinds of fruit are described in the theoretical part, chemically and anatomically as well. The aim of work is to find out their nutritive constitution with chemical methods and compare them with other fruits.
