Tato práce se zabývá problematikou zabezpečení činnosti čističky odpadních vod proti povodním a blackoutu. V teoretické části je proveden popis záplav a zmínění související legislativy a popis blackoutu a s ním spojené legislativy. This thesis deals with the issue of securing the operation of a wastewater treatment plant against floods and blackouts. The theoretical part includes a description of floods and related legislation, as well as a description of blackouts and the associated legislation.
