This bachelor thesis deals with the study of gene expression in the parasite Eudiplozoon nipponicum, which is a significant pathogen of common carp (Cyprinus carpio). This parasite is a suitable model organism of taxon Monogenea. Just few of scientific works were focused on the gene expression in Monogenea.
