Current Changes in the Insurance Market in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálními informacemi v oblasti životního pojištění. Práce charakterizuje relevantní pojmy z oblasti životního pojištění a jeho právním základem. Dále se zabývá dopady demografického vývoje a zkoumá vliv antidiskriminační směrnice, která byla implementována do legislativy ČR jako zákon č. 198/2009 Sb., na poptávku a nabídku produktů životního pojištění.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with up-to-date information in life insurance. The thesis describes the relevant concepts of life insurance and its legal basis.
