Tato diplomová práce se zabývá myopií a patologiemi, u kterých je tato refrakční vada považována za rizikový faktor vzniku. První kapitola práce je věnována myopii, její klasifikaci, prevalenci a také možnostem korekce. Abstract:
This thesis deals with myopia and pathologies, for which myopia is considered a risk factor. First chapter of the thesis is dedicated to myopia, its classification, prevalence and possibilities of correction. Following chapters focus on pathologies of choroid, vitreous humor, retina and vitreomacular interface, that we pay more attention to.
