Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou amputace horní končetiny a následnou rehabilitací pacientů včetně použití protéz. V úvodu je zdůrazněna dramatická změna, kterou tato událost přináší do života postižených jedinců a důležitost rehabilitace při obnovení jejich soběstačnosti. Cílem práce je prozkoumat různé aspekty amputace, rehabilitace a použití protéz. Metodika je založena na širokém průzkumu literatury týkající se ortopedie, chirurgie, protetiky a rehabilitace. Výsledky ukazují pozitivní pokrok pacientky s myoelektrickou protézou, zahrnující úspěšnou integraci protézy do každodenních aktivit a pozitivní reakci na terapeutické postupy. Doporučení pro budoucnost zdůrazňují pravidelné cvičení a sledování pokroku pacientů s důrazem na individuální přizpůsobení terapie pro dosažení optimálních výsledků. Závěr práce reflektuje osobní zkušenost autora s objevováním nových informací v oblasti protetiky a doufá, že práce poskytne užitečné informace pro veřejnost.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of upper limb amputation and subsequent rehabilitation of patients including the use of prostheses. The introduction highlights the dramatic change this event brings to the lives of affected individuals and the importance of rehabilitation in restoring their self-sufficiency. The aim of the paper is to explore various aspects of amputation, rehabilitation and the use of prostheses. The methodology is based on a broad survey of the literature relating to orthopaedics, surgery, prosthetics and rehabilitation. The results show positive progress of the patient with myoelectric prosthesis, including successful integration of the prosthesis into daily activities and positive response to therapeutic procedures. Recommendations for the future emphasize regular exercise and monitoring of patient progress, with an emphasis on individually tailoring therapy for optimal outcomes. The conclusion of the thesis reflects the author's personal experience of discovering new information in the field of prosthetics and hopes that the thesis will provide useful information for the public.
