The content of the bachelor’s thesis is mainly devoted to the comparation of the gastronomic parts in selected hotels. For this purpose, mystery shopping was used in the evaluation of the gastronomic parts of the hotel, in which mystery shoppers wrote down their evaluations in the tables, that had been processed in advance. Obsah bakalárskej práce sa venuje predovšetkým porovnávaniu gastronomických častí vo vybraných hoteloch. Za týmto účelom bol pri hodnotení gastronomických častí hotela použitý mystery shopping, pri ktorom si mystery shoppery zaznamenávali hodnotenie do tabuliek, ktoré boli vopred zostavené.
