Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh pasivního rodinného domu v systému dřevostavby, který bude vyhovovat požadavkům dotačního programu Nová zelená úsporám. Dům je navržen jako nepodsklepený, samostatně stojící, 2 patrový s obytným podkrovím pro 4 – 5 člennou rodinu. Objekt je vhodně situován ke světovým stranám, stejně tak i dispoziční řešení domu. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design of a passive house in the system of wooden building, which will meet the requirements of the subsidy program Nová zelená úsporám. The house is designed as an unbasement, 2-storey house with a living attic for a family of 4 – 5 members.
