Diplomová práca sa zaoberá procesmi finančného riadenia projektov v malej IT spoločnosti. Práca sa zaoberá využívaním dát za účelom tvorby rozhodnutí v kontexte operatívneho riadenia spoločnosti. Prvá časť práce sa venuje teoretickému rámcu, do ktorého je téma zasadená. V druhej časti práca skúma jednotlivé procesy, ich účastníkov a dáta, s ktorými pracujú.
