Abstract:
Bakalářská práce Private equity fondy v České republice a v Lucembursku objasňuje fungování private equity odvětví a analyzuje a zhodnocuje formou komparace jeho stav v České republice oproti Lucembursku jakožto přední světovou private equity komunitou. Je zhodnocen historický vývoj českého private equity průmyslu a je zde poukázáno na rozdíly mezi oběma zeměmi.
