A Business Entity Establishment

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na téma Založení vlastního podnikatelského subjektu - konkrétně jde o založení kavárny s knihkupectvím. V rámci této práce je sestavena SWOT analýze, jež slouží k mapování mikroprostředí organizace. Součástí práce se stalo dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit zájem potenciálních zákazníků o podnik a jejich případné preference. Tyto informace se promítly v sestavování podnikatelského plánu, v němž je vypracován finanční plán. Výsledkem práce se stává podnikatelský plán, jenž lze provést.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an assembly of a business plan for a theme 'The Establishment of a Business Subject' - mainly for the establishment of cafe with bookstore. Within this work is assembled SWOT analysis, which serves for mapping the organizaions micro-enviroment. Part of this work became questionnaire survey, whose aim was to find out the interest of potential customers in the company and their possible preferences. This information were used in the establishment of the business plan, in which is the financial plan. The result of the work becomes a business plan, which can be done.
