Automated external defibrillator in the Olomouc region

Abstract:

Tato práce se v následujících kapitolách zabývá vytvořením elektronické databáze automatizovaných externích defibrilátorů, které jsou lokalizovány v Olomouckém kraji a edukace laické veřejnosti v poskytnutí neodkladné základní resuscitace včetně využití automatizovaného externího defibrilátoru. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a sice z části teoretické kde je popsána stručná fyziologie srdeční činnosti, závažné poruchy srdeční činnosti způsobující náhlou zástavu oběhu a jejich léčbu, neodkladná základní resuscitace, samotný automatizovaný externí defibrilátor a teoretické poznatky ke vzdělávání v první pomoci. Práce si klade za úkol je oslovit vybrané objekty v Olomouckém kraji s dotazem, zda se u nich přístroj nachází a kladné informace poté seřadit do elektronické databáze. Druhý úkol práce je teoreticky a prakticky připravit edukanty v poskytování neodkladné resuscitace včetně využití automatizovaného externího defibrilátoru. Vytvořená elektronická databáze s přesnou lokalizací přístrojů bude poté poskytnuta operačním středisku Zdravotnické záchranné služby Olomouckého kraje.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis in next chapters look into creation of electronic database of automated external defibrillators which are located in Olomouc region and education of unconscious public in provision of urgent basic resuscitation inluding automated external defibrillators. Thesis consist of two parts, namely from the theoretical part where is described brief physiology of hearbeat, serious disorder of the heartbeat cause sudden circulation and its healing, urgent basic resuscitation, automated external defibrillators itself and theoretical findings for education of first aid. The task is to address selected objects in Olomouc region with the query if the device is located there and positive informations after to line up to electronic database. The second task is theoretically and practically instruct educator in provision of urgent resuscitation including use of automated external defibrillators. Created electronic database with exact localization of the devices will be after provided for the operation center of Medical emergency service of Olomouc region.
