Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou rohovky a její transplantací v případě poškození. V první kapitole je popsána anatomie a fyziologie rohovky. Následující kapitola se věnuje oční tkáňové bance, její historii a zejména pak zpracováním a uchováním rohovky od dárce. Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis deals with characteristics of the cornea and its transplantation in case of damage. The first chapter concentrates on the anatomy and physiology of the cornea. The next chapter is devoted to eye tissue bank, its history and especially the processing and storage of the cornea from a donor.
