Ways of working with the motivation of drug users in the context of social services shelter

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je za pomocí deskripce a analýzy určit způsoby práce s motivací uživatelů návykových látek ve vybraném azylovém domě pro muže v Havířově. Na tomto základě poté vytvořit manuál technik a metod, jež může pomáhat sociálním pracovníkům v sociální práci s uživateli návykových látek. Jedná se o teoreticko - aplikační práci. V teoretické části je obecně popsán uživatel návykových látek jako klient azylového domu, dále pak definována závislost a rozepsány nejčastější návykové látky v kontextu azylového domu. Dále je popsána motivace a s ní spojen motiv a v neposlední řadě příklady některých technik a metod, které sociální pracovník může využívat. V aplikační části je představen azylový dům pro muže v Havířově. A na základě deskripce a analýzy vnitřních zápisů (informačního systému NPV) a expertního rozhovoru se sociální pracovnicí azylového domu v Havířově vytvořen manuál pro práci s uživateli návykových látek v kontextu sociální služby azylového domu.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to determine the ways of working with the motivation of drug users in a selected asylum for men in Havířov with the help of description and analysis. On this basis, then create a manual of techniques and methods that can help social workers in social work with drug users. This is a theoretical - applied work. The theoretical part generally describes the user of addictive substances as a client of the asylum house, then the dependence is defined and the most common addictive substances in the context of the shelter are described. Motivation and the motive associated with it are described, as well as examples of some of the techniques and methods that a social worker can use. In the application part, an asylum for men in Havířov is presented. And based on the description and analysis of internal records (NPV information system) and an expert interview with the social worker of the shelter in Havířov, a manual for working with users of addictive substances in the context of the social service of the asylum house was created.
