Abstract:
Diplomová práce srovnává právní úpravu zálohování výživného v Rakousku, Slovensku a český návrh č. 964 zákona o zálohovaném výživném. Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit, zda je současný český návrh zákona vhodný k přijetí či nikoliv.

The purpose of my diploma thesis was to evaluate and compare the existing regulations of advance alimony with the Czech bill, which is intended to regulate this issue, critically assess the condition, in which the Czech bill now occurs, and to decide whether, in such a condition, it is acceptable to pass.
