Diplomová práce se zabývá autonomními dysfunkcemi u pacientů s Parkinsonovou nemocí (PN) v průběhu rehabilitace, přičemž se zaměřuje na hodnocení baroreflexní senzitivity (BRS). K vyšetření BRS byla použita sekvenční analýza při řízeném dýchání dle metronomu s frekvencí 0,33 Hz. Do experimentálního souboru bylo zařazeno 20 pacientů s jednoznačně diagnostikovanou PN. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with autonomic dysfunction in Parkinson’s disease patients during medical rehabilitation and focuses on baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) investigation. The sequential analysis with controlled breathing rate according to the metronome 0,33 Hz was chosen to assess BRS.
