A Tree in the Light of Current Legislation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší výsadbu stromů v českém právním řádu. Je rozčleněna na část úvodní, soukromoprávní, veřejnoprávní a závěrečnou. Pro účely této práce jsem stanovila hypotézu, že výsadba stromů a péče o stromy v našem právním řádu není na rozdíl od problematiky kácení stromů dostatečně upravena. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak je výsadba stromů českým právním řádem regulována. Výsledkem mojí bakalářské práce je návrh na úpravu právních norem. Tato práce nepojednává o stromech, které jsou součástí lesa.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on tree planting in the Czech legal system. The thesis is divided into following parts: introduction, tree in private law, tree in public law and conclusion. I set the hypothesis that tree planting and tree maintenance in our legal system is not sufficiently regulated (unlike tree felling) for the purpose of this thesis. The aim of the thesis is to summarize regulations focused on the tree planting in the Czech legal system. The result of the bachelor's thesis is a proposal of amendment to the legal norms. This thesis does not focus on trees in the forest.
