Abstract:

Obsahem mojí diplomové práce je analýza warrantů a posouzení finanční strategie subjektů trhu. Hlavním cílem je analýza exotických warrantů, vysvětlení principu fungování struktury těchto specifických instrumentů a definice jejich nejdůležitějších parametrů. Úvod práce je zaměřen na charakteristiku derivátů a jejich historický vývoj, zejména je vysvětlena problematika opcí. Celá kapitola je věnována samotné analýze warrantů, ohodnocení warrantů a také analýze nejdůležitějších parametrů mající vliv na cenu warrantu. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu pěti vybraných exotických warrantů. Bylo provedeno porovnání výsledků vlivu tří vybraných parametrů na vývoj ceny daného exotického warrantu. Následně byla zformulována doporučení, pro kterou tržní fázi vývoje podkladového aktiva je vhodná investice do konkrétního exotického warrantu.

Abstract:

The content of my diploma thesis is to analyse warrants and assessment of financial strategy of market. The main goal is to analyse exotic warrants, explanation of operating principle of structure of these specific instruments and definition of their most important parameters. Introduction of the work is focused on the characteristics of derivatives and their historical development, especially the issue of options is explained. The entire chapter is devoted to the analysis itself warrants, warrants evaluation and analysis of the most important parameters affecting the price of warrants. The practical part is focused on the analysis of five selected exotic warrants. A comparison of the results of the inluence of three selected parameters on the prices of exotic warrants was performed. Afterwards, were formulated recommendations, for which market phase of undelying is investment suitable to a particular exotic warrant.
